how to tell if your spouse is cheating

If You're Worried Your Spouse is Cheating - Read This Now! article, by how to tell if your spouse is cheating expert, Christina Caci

First of all, I'm sorry you have to read this. Really, I am. I know what it's like to have a cheating spouse, and I know that feeling when you start to look for the clues. You feel guilty about being here, don't you? You are scared about what is coming next.

You have every right to be scared. But don't let yourself feel guilty! If your spouse is cheating, they are the ones doing something wrong, not you. And you have every right to know what is happening behind your trusting back.

If you think your spouse is cheating, start out by making it very clear why you feel that way. Make out a list, on paper, of the reasons you feel uneasy. Putting it down on paper will make it feel more real, and might lead you to remember other clues that you have dismissed or ignored.

Once you've done that, look at the things that bother you the most. Is it the time your spouse spends on the phone with someone else? Is it the fact that the long hours don't show up on the paycheck at the end of the week? Maybe it's the concern about where they are going after work - and with whom.

Start there. If it's the phone calls, get a copy of the cell phone records. If it's the work that concerns you, study the paycheck stubs. If it's their after-hours fun that you question, drive by the place they said they were going out with the boys.

Then, study what you have. Keep a journal of what your spouse says, versus what you know to be true. If your spouse is cheating, you will soon start to find discrepancies. Little things won't add up. Timelines will be off just a bit. There will be things in your list that will have no ready explanation.

When you start to see a pattern emerging, track it down. This is when you start to get the rock-solid proof of what your spouse is doing. You will have to dig deeper into those phone records. You will start to look at bank accounts, internet activity, and what their friends have to say about their weekly outings.

You can find out if your partner is cheating, but you have to be methodical. Don't take a scattered approach! You have a goal to find out what is going on behind your back, so start by writing down the things you believe are happening. You can go from there and eventually, you will have the proof you need.

Then it will be time to confront your spouse with their actions. That's a whole new ballgame, and it opens up a whole new set of questions. Once you have the proof, what can you expect from the confrontation?
